Mama, Bob, Ritchie, Connie, Irma, Mario
Ritchie’s mother, Concha, formed the corporation in 1987
with the help of her children, Bob, Connie, Irma and Mario who all serve as directors. Hi-Tone Five was formed to safeguard Ritchie’s music and legacy. The name Hi-Tone was taken from one of Ritchie’s songs. He use to call mama Hi-Tone because she liked to dress up. Bob and Connie designed the logo.
The Concha shell represents mama and the five musical notes represents each of her five children.
Why the musical notes? Ritchie made the music that changed our lives.
